How to find a cheap flight?

How to get cheap flight
Getting cheap flight is easier in this competitive travel market nowadays. And you have plenty of opportunity to compare flight prices from different online vendors. But getting cheap and affordable flights still depend on the day and the season of the month you are travelling to. If it is school holiday or any long holiday or holiday season in your country or the country you are travelling to, you can never expect of getting cheap prices for your flight, no matter how hard you try. Also travelling on weekend (Saturday, Sunday) will cost you more than weekdays (Monday-Thursday). Direct flights are always expensive on long haul journey and flights with one or two stopovers are cheap. If you do really need to travel on rush holiday season you should consider searching and buying ticket well advance (at least 4-5 months before your travel date). So, you have to be well organised when you make your travel plan.
Where can you find cheap flight?
There are many websites online selling flight ticket. I use one of the sites which shows only information and prices for cheap flight from different vendors. You can also find through Google search or going to specific website if you have one in your mind. But remember, not all of them are cheap and affordable. There are many websites which incur extra charges when you will check out. Some of the websites are travel agents sites who are not allowed to sell anything from their sites. Their sites contain flight prices and phone number to call them. Prices are shown from those sites are not accurate. Even when you phone them you will find prices are much higher than it showed. Remember, do not buy flight ticket from the site does not show ATOL or IATA licensed. Few of the valid online vendors are E-booker, Lastminute, Budgetair, Bravofly, Wefly, Fly.co.uk, airticket.com. All of these site’s prices you can check from one place and find which one is providing cheap flight offers.
How to book your flight
Once you select your preferred airlines and vendors, it will take you to the vendor’s site or if you are already in the vendor’s site it will provide you with a form to fill in. You have to provide passenger details and payment details. Once you complete all steps you will receive E-mail confirmation of your booking with reference number. After that you will receive your E-ticket in your E-mail address within 1-3 hours. You can also select your seat using booking reference on your E-ticket and check in online to avoid queue at the airport. If you check in online, all you need to drop your baggage on airline’s desk at airport.
